“Boboshtica trial” judges, unwanted in Greece
The judges that sentenced the Omonia leader, Naum Disho, for the desacration of Boboshtica cemetery tombs, are now unwanted people in Greece.
Judge Aferdita Maho tried to cross the Kapshtica border, but she was returned by the Greek Customs. The same thing happened to President of the Court of Appeal, Entela Prifti.
The Judge declared through a phone conversation that she was returned twice from the border checkpoint, when she was together with her family. The motive of the return was unclear initially, but she learned the truth by other colleagues who were part of the Boboshtica trial and were rejected to enter Greece.
The motivation has not allowed the three judges Aferdita Maho, Entela Prifti and Brunilda Malo to enter Greece, is because they are unwanted and dangerous people for the security of Greece.
Different to these three judges, the only one member of the panel who asked for Disho to not be sentenced to prison, but with a fine, Stavri Kallco, had no problems for entering the neighboring country.
